We offer three delivery options:

Doorstep delivery will take 1–3 working days (excluding peak periods). -
Standard Shipping:
Delivery within 7–14 working days (excluding peak periods).
A tracking number will be provided upon request. A signature is required upon delivery. -
FREE Store Collection:
Choose to pick up your order from our showroom at checkout.
Our sales representative will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
Loose diamonds are shipped immediately after inspection.
Estimated delivery dates are shown on each product page, your account dashboard, and confirmation email.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return my purchase?
Yes, we offer a 7-day return guarantee for online orders.
You may return your item within 7 days of receipt for an exchange (only for defective items). Items must be in original condition, with original packaging, certificates, and tags intact.
Note: Custom or special orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Q: The ring I bought doesn’t fit. What can I do?
Bring your ring to our showroom for resizing or length adjustment.
Your jewelry will be ready for collection within 14 days. Service charges apply.

Our jewelry is highly resistant to tarnishing.
Q: Is rhodium-plated jewelry good?
Yes! Rhodium plating enhances shine, durability, and scratch resistance, and is ideal for those with nickel allergies. It also helps reduce tarnishing, especially on silver pieces.
Q: Can I customize a product in white gold?
Yes, we offer customization in white gold. Pricing varies based on the gold characteristics and design. Contact us for a quote.
