AngelAurora jewelry is pack in a Beautiful boxes. Our boxes come with an elegant paper gift bag that can be sent either to you or straight to a loved one (simply specify a different shipping address when you check out).
International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country. Please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.
- Use only reliable shipping service for all orders to ensure that your package will be delivered in the fastest and safest manner
- Require that all deliveries be made to a physical business or residential address
- Prohibit delivery to PO Box address
- Require a signature for all packages upon delivery
We currently offer 2 delivery options so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
- FREE Standard shipping: Deliver within 3-5 working days upon dispatch. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you upon request. Please remember a signature will be required upon delivery.
- FREE Store collection: If you prefer to pick up your purchase from our showroom, please indicate your preferred pick-up showroom location on the checkout page. Our sales representative will get in touch with you once your product is ready for collection.
Loose diamonds are shipped immediately after passing inspection. You'll see an estimated shipping and delivery date for each product on every product details page. These can also be seen in your account dashboard and order confirmation email. Hereafter, you can expect your delivery within the above timeframes.
For international delivery, we are using FedEx Express. The delivery lead time given are estimates calculated from order processed date. Whilst the majority of shipments are delivered within 3-4 working days from pickup - sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, we kindly ask that you expect delivery times to be within 4-5 working days.
Once the order has been picked up by FedEx, An email containing a tracking ID will be sent upon pickup. For best advice, kindly contact FedEx at 1800-743-2626 or visit their website FedEx Express.
Shipping fee for product exchange or return is non refundable.
Orders will be shipped to the Delivery Address upon checkout. Please provide the correct delivery address and recipient's name and contact details when submitting your order. The cost of redelivery due to invalid address or failed delivery attempt is to be borne by customer.
We do not deliver to restricted places such as military camps and Jurong Island. Please see our full list of restricted areas here.
If any part of your order is damaged upon receiving, please contact us and quote your order number prior to returning the item.
Working day refers to Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Orders received after 3pm will be processed the next working day.
